If your order is delayed:

  1. Check Tracking Info: Use the tracking link sent via email.

  2. Wait for Possible Delays: Holidays and bad weather may cause delays.

  3. Contact Courier: If the tracking shows issues, contact the shipping carrier.

  4. Contact Zillura Support: If your order is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll assist you in locating it or processing a replacement/refund.
